Wisconsin's very own Near Space Exploration Program

Just today a dedicated group of  local amateur radio operators successfully launched and retrieved a high altitude balloon that reached 93K feet.
What a great way to introduce the Boy Scouts and other youth present to the excitement of scientific exploration.
